Codeeo LMS keeps every required course, score and certificate in one place.

Codeeo LMS is learning management system software we built and run ourselves: a Next.js web platform and a Flutter app for iPhone and Android. US employers use it to assign required training, test what people learned, track completions and renewal dates, and pull records when a manager, auditor or insurer asks for them. We configure it for your company and support it once your teams are using it.

Built for
HR, safety and compliance teams, healthcare employers, training companies and schools across the United States.
Typical timeline
We agree the setup plan, the content to bring over and the rollout order in discovery, then put it in writing.
What you own
Your course material, employee training records and certificates belong to you; hosting is agreed with you up front.

In short

American workplaces carry a heavy load of mandatory training, from safety and harassment prevention to privacy courses for healthcare staff. Codeeo LMS is built to make that load visible: who is done, who is late and what expires next. It turns a pile of separate tools into a single source of truth.

Inside Codeeo LMS

The features US training teams rely on every week.

Many American companies already run several tools for training: a video library here, a quiz builder there, sign in sheets for toolbox talks and a shared drive full of certificates. When someone asks for proof that a crew finished its fall protection refresher, or that every new nurse completed privacy training before seeing patients, the answer takes days to assemble.

Codeeo LMS is a corporate LMS that brings those pieces together. It is a cloud based LMS, so employees sign in from a browser or the mobile app, wherever they work. Every action lands on the employee's record: courses assigned, quizzes taken, sessions attended and certificates issued. Supervisors see their own crews or departments, while HR and compliance leads see the company. The result is a dated, searchable history you can hand to the person asking, instead of a scramble through inboxes and filing cabinets.

Explain your project
  • Course building

Upload training videos, PDFs, slide decks and handbooks, then arrange them into courses with sections and required order. Keep policy courses, product training and safety modules in separate libraries so each owner updates their own material without touching anyone else's. Version history shows which edition of a policy course an employee actually completed.

Training material lives in one organized library.

  • Enrollment by role

Assign courses to job titles, teams, departments or locations. A new forklift operator, a new charge nurse and a new sales rep each get the courses their role requires, the day their account is created, with due dates set automatically.

Nobody starts work missing a required course.

  • Quizzes and exams

Build quizzes, final exams and assignments with pass scores, attempt limits and randomized questions. Assignments can go to a named reviewer, such as a safety manager or clinical educator, who marks them and leaves feedback in the platform.

A pass means the employee actually showed what they learned.

  • Completion tracking

See completion status, scores and overdue courses by employee, supervisor, site or department. Filters make it quick to answer questions like which warehouse shift is behind on its annual refresher, or which clinic has new hires without privacy training. Reports export cleanly for people outside the platform.

Late training shows up before it becomes a problem.

  • Certificates with expiry dates

Certificates are issued when an employee passes, carrying the course, date and score. Where a topic needs refreshing every year or two, the certificate gets an expiration date, and the platform flags people coming due well ahead of time. Employees can download their own certificates when a client or inspector asks for them.

Renewals are planned instead of discovered late.

  • Instructor led sessions

Schedule classroom sessions, on site demonstrations and video call workshops, then mark attendance. Hands on safety training that has to happen in person can sit inside the same course as the online theory, so the record is complete. The instructor or an admin marks who attended each session.

In person and online training share one history.

  • Learning paths

Combine courses into programs for onboarding, supervisor development or a move into a new role. Each step opens once the previous one is complete, and HR can see how far each employee has progressed through the program. A new supervisor path might pair leadership modules with the safety and HR courses that come with managing people.

Structured programs that run the same way at every site.

  • Dashboards and reminders

Training dashboards for HR, safety and department heads, with deadline tracking and automated email and app notifications. Reminders go to the employee first and then to their supervisor if a course stays overdue. Escalation timing is set per course.

Less manual follow up from HR.

  • Mobile learning

The Flutter app runs on iPhone, Android phones and tablets, so field crews, drivers, store teams and clinical staff can complete short modules between tasks. Progress syncs with the web platform, and certificates are available on the phone.

Training reaches employees who never sit at a desk.

  • LMS code review and custom builds

Beyond the standard features, our team handles LMS database design, education app and software development, and LMS code review and testing. That covers new modules for Codeeo LMS as well as an independent review of a platform you already run.

One team for the product and the work around it.

Who it fits

US organizations that get the most from Codeeo LMS.

Codeeo LMS works best where training is mandatory, recurring and spread across sites or shifts. Below are four kinds of US organizations that tend to need an LMS for employee training more than a library of videos. Each section describes where they usually start. Federal and state requirements differ by industry and location, so we build to the requirements your own compliance or legal team defines. If your situation is a mix of these, that is common, and discovery is where we sort out which needs come first.

01

Employers with OSHA style safety training

Construction, manufacturing, warehousing and facilities teams run recurring safety training that supervisors must be able to prove. Codeeo LMS records who completed each course, when, with what score and with which instructor for hands on sessions. We set up refresher cycles and supervisor dashboards so a site lead can check a crew's status before a shift starts, not after an incident. Sign in sheets from toolbox talks can be replaced by attendance taken in the app.

Dated records supervisors can pull on demand.

02

Healthcare employers and clinics

Hospitals, clinic groups, home health agencies and dental practices assign HIPAA training and other required courses to new and existing staff. We configure role based assignments, annual renewals and reports by location. Training records themselves are kept separate from patient information; Codeeo LMS is not built to store patient data and should not be used for it. Clinical educators can review assignments and run skills sessions in the same system.

Workforce training records, not patient records.

03

HR teams at multi location companies

Retail chains, franchise groups, restaurant operators and service companies need the same onboarding at every location, plus state specific courses where laws differ, such as harassment prevention training in states that require it. Location and state can drive enrollment rules, so each employee gets what applies to them. Store and district managers get dashboards for their own locations.

Same onboarding everywhere, local courses where needed.

04

Training companies and schools

Training providers, continuing education businesses, academies and private schools need courses, exams, live classes and certificates for learners who are not their employees. We configure client or cohort groups, branded certificates and instructor views, and scope any student or customer features beyond the standard set as custom development. Instructors see their own classes and grade work in one place.

Groups by client or cohort, not department.

A Codeeo LMS rollout in six stages.

  1. 01Discovery callsOver video calls we learn your locations, job roles, required courses, current tools and reporting needs. We also note any federal or state training rules your team says apply, and write the scope down.
  2. 02Platform configurationWe set up locations, departments, roles, enrollment rules, pass scores, certificate templates, renewal cycles and reminders to mirror your org chart and policies.
  3. 03Moving content inYour videos, documents, quizzes and past completion records are reviewed and imported. Anything outdated gets flagged so you decide whether to retire or refresh it. Nothing is deleted without your approval.
  4. 04Pilot groupA single site, department or clinic goes live first. We agree beforehand what success looks like. Their experience on phones, laptops and shared kiosks tells us what to adjust before everyone else joins.
  5. 05Company launchRemaining locations come online in the order you choose. Admins and supervisors get trained by video call, and employees receive their first assignments automatically.
  6. 06Ongoing supportWe handle fixes, configuration changes and agreed improvements. Completion and usage data guide which changes come next. Support terms are set out before launch.

Technology

What we build this with.

The web platform is built on Next.js, which loads quickly on office networks and on a phone in a parking lot alike. The mobile app uses Flutter, so iPhone and Android employees get the same features from one codebase. Custom work is built on the same stack. Your admins manage everything through the web dashboard without touching code.

What US employers ask before choosing Codeeo LMS.

Required training assigned automatically, tracked closely and provable later.

A good system assigns the right courses by role and location, tests understanding, records completion with dates and scores, and warns people before certificates expire. Codeeo LMS does each of those, plus live session attendance, learning paths and dashboards for supervisors and HR. What it cannot do is decide which courses the law requires for your workforce; that comes from your compliance or legal team, and we configure the platform around their answer.

Tell us what the business needs. We will tell you what to build first.
